-living room with a niche is separated from the kitchen by a screen.There are a sofa,a desk and a fire-place in the living room.
-4 bedrooms: Two of them contain double beds,two other rooms contain 2 single beds each.Two extra beds can be brought if necessary
-a separate exit to the terrace from each bedroom
-a sauna with an electric stone-stove
-a shower cabin for 2 persons
-2 bathrooms
-heated floors
-conditioner
-cold and hot running water in the cottage and staem house
-electric stove with an oven and an extract
-home appliances: washing machine,dishwasher,refrigerator-deep-freezer,coffee maker(espresso),toaster,electric kettle,microwave,satellite aerial(2 russian channels in addition),liquid-crystal TV,house cinema,karaoke,vacuum cleaner,electric hair dryer,wardrobe for drying clothes,iron,ironing table,kitchen ware for cooking,kitchen ware for laying the table(for 12 pers)
-liquid soap in the bathrooms and shower cabins,cleaning liquid for dish washing and washing up;
-blankets and pillows;
-bed-clothes(for extra fee);
-terrace furniture;
-wood grill outside;
-free of charge opportunity to use a coastal steam house for up to 3 hours;in the steam house there are:a room for rest,a shower cabin,a steam room with a stone- stove heated with wood,a bathroom,an open terrace,sepatare bridges leading to water;
-sets of flat skis;
A boat with oars is applied to each cottage for free,a motor and fishing rods in addition can be provided for a reasonable extra fee;
There is a children’s playground supplied with swings and sand-boxes next to each cottage.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in our cottages.

The rent payment is counted by a week.One- week-stay costs 1500 euros
Depending on availability of free cottages,we can check you in for a shorter period of stay:
-weekend(Friday-Sunday)-560 euros;
-24 hours(during official days off and holidays)-280 euros;
-24 hours(during a week)-200 euros.
Season’’B’’
One-week-stay costs 980 euros.
Prices for a shorter period:
-weekend(Friday-Sunday)-400 euros;
-24 hours(during official days off and hoilidays)-200 euros;
24 hours(during a week)-150 euros.
Season’’C’’
One-week-stay costs 800 euros;
Prices for a shorter period:
-weekend(Friday-Sunday)-400 euros;
-24 hours(during official days off and holidays)-200 euros;
-24 hours(during a week)-150 euros.
The price includes the following services which you can use for free
- coastal steam house for 3 hours;
- flat skis;
- a boat with oars;
-kitchen-ware,house appliances,fire-wood,electricity,running water.
Services provided for extra fee:
-final washing-up(obligatory)-120 euros;
-bed-clothes set(not obligatory,only as a guest wishes)-12 euros;
- electric motor rent-20 euros;
-petrol motor rent-30 euros;
-additional time for your stay in the steam house is 10 euros per hour;
Attention!We take the insurance sum in deposit which is 300 euros upon the arrival and check in.The decision to introduce this measure was caused by a number of cases related to the property damage.The sum will totally be returned you by the commandant on the day of your departure after he checks the property condition.
Check-in starts at 16.00, check-out starts at 12.00(check-in and check-out time can be varified as agreed).

Interior and conveniences
We're glad to offer you comfortable accommodation in the cottages located in Saarilandia settlement.There are only four cottages in this cosy settlement and all of them are provided with the modern conveniences according to the latest technology.Each cottage in Saarilandia is a one-storeyed building made of glued squared beams.There is an open terrace in each cottage and there is a separate steam house(banya in Russian) at the lake bank.There is a certain space between the cottages while each of them is 30 metres from the banks of an enormous picturesque lake Orivesy.
The cottages are fully-furnished.
